Universal Academy was created in 2017 by Universal Electrical Service, Inc. to provide our employees with the quality, hands-on, and in-depth training our apprentices were lacking at other institutions. We believe that expert knowledge is obtained through instruction, recalled through repetition, and reinforced through significant hands-on application of practical knowledge.

I’ve worked with Universal Electrical for 17 years – typically multiple projects per year. I am an EE in the food and beverage industry and like most engineering design firms; I have our “go-to” contractors I can always trust. Universal Electrical has always fit that bill. They have always treated their customer’s money as if it were their own, change orders are minimal and I’ve never received one that wasn’t a clear change of scope and deserved.

We need to get Universal Electrical from now on, what they deliver doesn't compare to XXXX.
